What is the status of my order?
Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process. For your convenience, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number that you can use for reference. For further questions, feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if I need to change my order?

What's your return and exchange policy?
We gladly accept returns as long as they are in original condition (unworn/unused with original tags). Go to our Returns page to start the process or find out more. We do not currently offer exchanges. Does not include final sale items.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.
Do you charge sales tax?
Currently we charge sales tax in California and Arizona.
What's your shipping policy?
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100. Orders placed with standard shipping will arrive in 5–10 business days. For more details, check out our shipping information page.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not ship internationally.
Why doesn't my checkout work with multiple discount codes?
Our promotional discount codes only work one at a time. We do not allow discount codes to be combined in one order. If you have multiple codes, please choose the code you want to use that provides you with the best discount.
What is your wishlist feature?
The Wishlist feature on the site allows you to favorite items you’ve been looking at so that you can return to view them later all in one place. Simply browse products throughout the site and click on “Add to Wishlist” which appears under the "Add to Cart" button on each product page. To access your Wishlist, simply click on the Wishlist tag in the top navigation menu. You can also share your Wishlist with others by simply clicking on the email icon in the Wishlist popup and entering the recipient’s email address. You don’t have to create an account to use this feature. You only need to create an account if you’d like to view your saved products across multiple devices (i.e. your phone and desktop).
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We currently do not offer a gift wrapping option.
Is your jewelry safe for sensitive skin?
Cowgirl Confetti earring hooks, rings, cuff snaps, and necklaces are nickel free where they touch the skin. Some of the embellishments used may contain nickel so please contact us for specific inquiries.
